Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly dominating various sectors, including on-demand healthcare. AI can accelerate diagnosis, automate administrative tasks, and improve service efficiency. However, this raises an important question: is AI a solution or a threat to healthcare professionals?

On one hand, AI can help reduce the workload of medical professionals by providing fast and accurate data analysis. It also enables real-time patient monitoring, thereby improving the quality of care. However, excessive reliance on AI may reduce human interaction in medical services, affecting empathy and complex clinical decision-making.

Therefore, AI should be seen as a supportive tool rather than a replacement for healthcare professionals. The human role in providing empathetic care remains irreplaceable. Clear regulations and proper training for medical professionals on AI utilization must be prioritized.
