In the digital era, anti-radiation glasses are increasingly popular, especially for children who are often exposed to gadget screens. These glasses are designed to filter blue light from electronic devices, which is believed to cause eye strain and sleep disorders. However, how effective are these glasses in protecting children's eyes?

Research shows that excessive exposure to blue light can cause eye fatigue, especially in children who spend long periods of time in front of screens. Anti-radiation glasses can help reduce eye strain by filtering blue light, making the eyes more comfortable when using gadgets. However, their effectiveness in preventing long-term eye damage is still debated among eye health experts.

In addition to using anti-radiation glasses, healthy habits remain the main key to maintaining children's eye health. Apply the 20-20-20 rule, which is to look away every 20 minutes to an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Make sure children get enough lighting when using gadgets, and reduce the use of electronic devices before bed to avoid disrupting circadian rhythms.

Overall, anti-radiation glasses can be a useful additional tool, but they should not be the only solution. Healthy habits and parental supervision remain important to protect children's eye health in the digital age.
