Bloating and fullness are common problems that can interfere with daily activities. This sensation is usually caused by gas trapped in the digestive tract, indigestion, or consumption of certain foods that are difficult for the body to digest.

One of the main causes of bloating is the consumption of foods that contain high gas, such as beans, broccoli, cabbage, and carbonated drinks. In addition, the habit of eating too quickly or chewing gum can cause large amounts of air to be swallowed, which ultimately causes bloating. Digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or lactose intolerance can also cause bloating. In this case, the digestive system has difficulty digesting certain foods, causing excess gas production. In addition, stress and anxiety can also slow down the digestive system, which ultimately contributes to the sensation of fullness.

To reduce bloating, it is important to avoid foods that can trigger gas, eat slowly, and consume probiotics to maintain the balance of good bacteria in the gut. In addition, light exercise such as walking after eating can help smooth digestion and reduce gas buildup in the stomach.
