One of the biggest challenges in providing health care in many countries is the limited medical infrastructure, especially in remote and developing countries. Telemedicine provides an innovative solution to this problem by enabling access to remote medical services. By 2025, the use of telemedicine has expanded to include a range of medical services, including consultations with specialist doctors, remote patient monitoring, and early diagnosis.

In countries with limited health infrastructure, telemedicine enables doctors in urban centers to provide consultations and treatment to patients in remote rural areas. This not only reduces reliance on limited medical facilities but also helps reduce health inequalities worldwide.

Telemedicine innovations also include the use of medical devices that patients can access in their homes, such as blood pressure monitors, blood sugar monitoring devices, and even portable EKG devices, all connected to the telemedicine system to monitor health conditions in real time.
