Quality Sleep = Quality Life

Adequate and quality sleep is the main foundation of health that is often overlooked. Many people consider lack of sleep as normal, even though lack of rest can have serious impacts on physical and mental health. Lack of sleep is associated with an increased risk of heart disease, obesity, mental disorders, and decreased memory and concentration.
One way to get quality sleep is to create a regular sleep routine. Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day helps regulate the body's circadian rhythm, making the sleep process more natural. In addition, creating a comfortable sleep environment, such as reducing exposure to blue light from gadgets before bed, using a comfortable mattress and pillow, and maintaining an ideal room temperature, can also improve sleep quality.
In addition to good sleep habits, diet and daily activities also affect sleep quality. Avoiding caffeine and heavy meals before bed, as well as exercising regularly during the day, can help the body relax more at night. If sleep problems persist, relaxation techniques such as meditation or aromatherapy can be a natural solution before trying sleeping pills.
Getting enough sleep is not a luxury, but a basic need for health. With quality sleep, the body is fitter, the mind is sharper, and productivity increases, so the overall quality of life is better.
